We are available from 9.30am- with last appointment at 4.00pm. Appointments vary depending your which sessions are booked during the day.

Spinal Flow Initial Consultation (needed before booking 1:1 sessions. 2hr -£80)
Explore the symptoms of spinal blockages, complete a health questionnaire, undergo posture and gateway assessments. A thorough examination of the spine will be conducted, followed by an initial spinal flow healing session.
Spinal Flow 1:1 (1hr) £60
This session is designed for those who have previously consulted with us. We focus on supporting clients in healing their nervous system and restoring the flow of Life Force Energy, allowing the body to heal itself while prmoting ongoing relief and recovery. To enhance this experience with finish with a Reiki balance session to ensure a complete body equilibrium.
Spinal Flow Plus+ (90min)£75
Spinal Flow plus is a profound experience. Aside from a full one to one session of Spinal Flow-we then integrate sound therapy, diving quantum energy healing, somatic body work, crystals, sound and tuning forks for a full body holistic healing and balancing. This is where Western medicine in Spinal Flow meets Eastern medicine and blends for a full body healing.
Spinal Flow Pacage of 6 (1hr) sessions
£300
Book 6 sessions and either pay in advance for all 6 or on the day £50 per session. After each session we take into account progress depending on clients issues and desired outcome.

Healing Guidance Session (1hr) £55
These deeply supportive sessions offer a blend of intuitive healing, energy work, and channeled guidance. With Cheryl's presence-and the assistance of Diving being- you will receive insight, energetic alignment and clarity around whats unfolding in your life. Bring your questions, challenges, or intentions. This is a sacred space to reconnect with your truth for resore and balance.
Your Spinal Flow Journey with Cheryl
Join the hundreds I've assisted in guiding their bodies back to a state of balance, moving away from the fight or flight response to a place of relaxation and digestion. You will be provided with tools that empower you to take control of your own healing as you commence this journey of self-discovery, alleviate pain, and rediscover joy and wellness. Your path begins with a spinal flow assessment and an initial healing session.
Gateway Assessment:
Through examination of the 7 gateway spine assessment.
Posture Assessment:
Simple movement exercises to assess your flexibility and posture.
Health Check Form:
Review the health form which you complete prior to your appointment if possible.
Assessing chemical, physical and emotional blockages within your spine and the layers developed since birth to present day.
